EPA Community Grants
EPA’s Community Grants Program provides congressionally directed appropriations to help fund community water infrastructure projects. The EFC at Sacramento State supports the Community Grants Program in EPA Region 9 by providing technical assistance to recipients in completing grant applications required to receive the allocated grant funding. The EFC and EPA Region 9 Project Officers compiled the following resources to aid recipients in navigating the application process and completing the online application. The materials presented are based on the EFC’s experience with supporting dozens of communities and input from EPA Region 9 staff. However, these documents do not constitute formal EPA guidance.
