Resilience Planning: Tools and Resources for Communities
As part of its work to support communities in EPA Region 9, the EFC at Sacramento State compiled a list of existing resources and toolkits to assist local agencies and communities in resilience planning. The EFC also developed a complimentary document that describes resilience planning in general, defines relevant terms, and offers suggestions for stakeholder engagement.
